E7 is a privately-owned firm headquartered in Troy, Michigan and serves SMB and Enterprise clients both domestically and globally. 

About the Role 
The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is accountable for driving client success across each engagement while owning the overall planning, management, and execution of engagements. This person works closely with all project team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction. The Sr. PM will be dedicated to deeply understanding client expectations and consistently delivering world-class services. 

This individual partners with internal teams to identify opportunities for expanded services and long-term account growth through delivery excellence. Projects may include Atlassian services as well as other E7 Solutions services, depending on client needs and engagement scope. 

Key Responsibilities include: 
Project and Client Leadership 

  • Manage engagement scope in terms of budget and resource constraints; identify and manage risks and escalate issues as needed. 
  • Lead complex, multi-stream client engagements with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Develop, manage, and hold accountable E7 and client team members to meet defined timelines. 
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for project success. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by anticipating needs, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Lead client status meetings, planning sessions, and executive updates. 
  • Manage projects that may extend beyond Atlassian to support the full suite of E7 Solutions. 

Delivery and Execution 
  • Monitor project metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the engagement. 
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help them improve their skills and performance. 
  • Ensure delivery quality, consistency, and alignment with best practices. 
  • Collaborate with other departments in the organization to meet client needs. 
  • Develop resource plans based on project needs. 
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the client service process. 

Strategic Collaboration and Growth 
  • Regularly collaborate with clients about their accounts. 
  • Proactively seek, develop, and nurture client relationships to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided. 
  • Explore and define new opportunities with clients and E7. 
  • Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Leadership teams to support account growth. 

Leadership and Mentorship 
  • Adhere to E7 policies and procedures to ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction. 
  • Lead the training and ongoing development of new and existing project management team members. 
  • Exhibit expertise and evolve E7’s service offerings and delivery best practices. 

About You 
  • Successful background leading complex projects within a consulting or technology services environment.   
  • Familiar with Atlassian products and solutions or a similar platform. 
  • Proven experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading project team members. 
  • You possess a mindset for customer experience, client success, project management, and business development. 
  • Demonstrated client/customer service experience.  
  • SMB and Enterprise Client experience.
