About the Role

We seek a VP of Sales- HRTech to accelerate growth and provide strategic leadership for our organization. The VP must have demonstrated prior ability selling SaaS HRTech to HR leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing data-driven sales strategies, setting sales goals, and meeting and exceeding sales targets for an HRTech DEI product
  • Identifying potential HR clients and developing new business opportunities by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking etc.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with HR prospects and HR clients (post-sale) and presenting our DEI products in a compelling way
  • Researching and analyzing market trends to stay informed about DEI industry developments
  • Continually planning ways to increase the company's profitability
  • Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to produce actionable insights

Must Haves:

  • Proven prior ability in consultative selling of SaaS HRTech to HR leaders
  • Experience working in an early-stage start-up (pre-seed, early seed)
  • Data-driven HR target-market identification and hands-on use of CRM and sales tools
  • Past experience as a Sales team of one (1), willing to do the selling themselves first, eventually building a sales team from the ground up
  • A strong network within our target market of HR leaders
