About the Role
The Civil Engineer will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team of professionals and learn through participation in site engineering, construction engineering, utility design, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with site engineering, construction engineering, utility design, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning
- Approach all projects with, innovative, and resourceful solutions to meet client needs within their budget parameters
- Incorporate low-impact development, and green designs into stormwater management systems
- Coordinate with other disciplines including architects, landscape architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and planners
- Manage technical design in AutoCAD Civil 3D
About You
- Previous internship/work experience in a civil engineering firm preferred
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Basic knowledge of BlueBeam preferred
- Working knowledge of engineering principles and technical design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate required, or ability to obtain it within 6 months
- Strong work ethic, passion for the profession, design and technical skills
