About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑driven Cost Accountant to support our operations and finance teams. The Cost Accountant will assist with maintaining accurate manufacturing cost data, supporting ERP cost processes, and analyzing production variances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update standard costs, BOMs, and routings in the ERP system.
  • Apply absorption costing, overhead allocation, and labor tracking.
  • Assist with cost roll‑ups, job costing, and monthly close activities.
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances; work with production to identify root causes.
  • Support inventory valuation, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare cost reports and dashboards for operations and leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy of cost‑related data within the ERP system and support continuous improvement.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing accounting or cost analysis strongly preferred.
  • Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing preferred.
  • Understanding of standard costing, absorption costing, and manufacturing cost flows.
  • Experience with ERP systems and comfortable in working with production and engineering teams.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
