About Us

We are OurOffice, a steadily growing B2B SaaS company with a cutting-edge DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) platform. Our mission is to make it easy for leaders, HR professionals and DEI champions and their teams to create thriving and inclusive workplaces by harnessing data, actionable insights, and tools to manage their efforts. 

We have built a customizable platform with several modules that can be sold separately or bundled in flexible packages that have delivered year over year results for our customers. Despite global challenges since we launched in 2020, we have been growing our ARR, while increasing ASP to over $26K and maintaining 80%+ gross margins. We are seeking a player-coach CEO with a deep hands-on sales and marketing background to join us on this transformative journey.

About the Role

As CEO, you’ll bring your entrepreneurial spirit, sales experience, and strategic thinking to scale OurOffice to new heights. You will:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Leverage your hands-on B2B SaaS sales expertise to accelerate customer acquisition and scale ARR.
  • Lead Strategy and Vision: Collaborate on strategic decisions to position OurOffice as a market leader in the HR tech space.
  • Build and Inspire: Start as a player-coach and ultimately build a high-performing sales team with a culture of customer-focused excellence.
  • Champion DEI: Advocate for workplace inclusion, both internally and for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the founders: Maximize efficiency, innovation, and growth, working closely with the original founding team.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned leader who wants to make a meaningful impact on the future of work by leading and innovating with an experienced and passionate team.

  • Entrepreneurial Experience: A former entrepreneur or senior leader who has successfully scaled a B2B SaaS company.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in driving sales and growing revenue in the SaaS space, both as an individual contributor and building/leading a team.
  • Commitment: Deep commitment to improving workplace culture and fostering inclusion.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, build relationships, and execute strategic goals.
  • Growth Mindset: Ready to tackle challenges, innovate, and scale a mission-driven company.
