About the Job
As a General Manager at Brandmotion, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. Just like a great coach, you’ll prioritize the fundamentals and ensure our team is equipped to succeed. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the management team on strategic initiatives and tactical matters related to sales, production, inventory, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be essential in leading and empowering each team member to excel in their individual roles, while managing key performance indicators. By promoting and maintaining the highest quality standards, you’ll ensure that we provide exceptional service to all our customers. Your commitment to leading by example will inspire and motivate your team to achieve our shared goals.
