Medical Assistant Manager/Consultant

About the Opportunity

One of our clients’ needs a consultant/leader/manager that can provide immediate support to a team of medical assistants.  

This will be a 3-6 month assignment where you will work with the existing group of medical assistants and managers to implement policy changes, improve training, address morale issues, increase accountability and help determine long term staffing for the department.  

This will be a fulltime onsite role in Rochester, Michigan.
