About the Position

E7 Solutions is looking for an energetic, driven, and personable Client Success Project Manager (CSPM) to join our team. The CSPM is accountable for the clients’ success on each engagement as well as overall planning, management, and completion of engagements.  This role requires a dedication to understanding expectations of our clients while delivering world-class services. The CSPM also is tasked with account growth and business development activities. To do this requires effectively building relationships both inside and outside the organization and exploring new opportunities with our clients.

The CSPM must have client success, project management, and business development mindsets. Skills should include creative problem solving, product/service knowledge, multitasking, influential communication, time management, and collaboration. The Client Success Project Manager works closely with all project team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Qualified candidates must be available to work E7's "core hours" of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

In this role you will:

  • Manage engagement scope in terms of budget and resource constraints; identify and manage risks and escalate issues as needed
  • Develop resource plans based on project needs
  • Proactively seek, develop, and nurture client relationships to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided
  • Explore and define new opportunities with clients and E7
  • Develop, manage, and hold accountable E7 and clients team members to meet defined timelines
  • Monitor project metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the engagement
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help them improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments in the organization to meet client needs
  • Regularly collaborate with clients about their accounts, providing updates on their projects, and answering any questions they may have about our services
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the client service process
  • Adhere to E7 policies and procedures to ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction
  • Educate and perform client training as needed
  • Assist in training new and existing client success team members
  • Exhibit expertise and evolve E7’s service offerings
  • Obtain and maintain certification/accreditation with the various Atlassian products
     

About You

You have a successful background as a Project Manager within a consulting/client success environment.  You are proactive and possess a sense of urgency and a strong desire to make sure each project succeeds.  You are exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence). You approach each project with enthusiasm and bringing humor and smiles to clients and fostering genuine and authentic client appreciation and engagement.
