About the Position

E7 Solutions (E7) is growing fast and we’re seeking a Client Services Director to help take us to the next level. As a member of the E7 Leadership team, the Director is responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing client-facing practices by identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. This role is pivotal in successfully evolving and leading the delivery of our professional and managed service teams and will be responsible for increasing revenue and long term relationships. Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborate, design and drive excellence in our client practices, internal practices, deliverables, and service offerings. 
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable E7 Client Services team members to meet defined objectives and provide strategic direction to practice leaders.
  • Oversee Client Services team talent acquisition and contractor/partner relationships.
  • Establish and analyze measurables for success and revenue targets.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to practice leaders to support their professional growth and development.
  • Lead strategic conversations to establish long-term relationships with top-tier clients to identify opportunities for service enhancements and grow new business.
  • Oversee client communications and negotiations, provide senior level client management support, and nurture client relationships. 
  • Manage the budget for client services, including resource allocation and financial planning, to ensure profitable and effective delivery of client-facing practices.
