About the Role

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead and mentor teams of consultants and technical specialists, guiding them to solve high-impact problems and deliver cutting-edge solutions. 
  • Oversee and manage multiple client engagements, taking full ownership of project outcomes and ensuring successful execution. 
  • Consult on Enterprise Service Management, Agile at Scale, Project Portfolio Management operating models, identifying pain points, and providing expert guidance to align solutions with client goals. 
  • Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and establish evaluation criteria for solutions. 
  • Design and architect tailored solutions, including system integrations and migrations, with clear criteria for validation and success. 
  • Deliver high-value solutions that exceed customer expectations, using a customer-focused approach to achieve measurable outcomes. 
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level customers, through clear presentations and active listening. 
  • Manage the full solution lifecycle, from initial scoping and design to post-implementation support and troubleshooting. 
About You 
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with proven leadership and team management skills. 
  • Proven experience as a regular user of generative AI tools (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or comparable platforms) and a positive belief in their ability to augment human capability and meaningfully improve how work is performed. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience will also be considered. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and Guard. 
  • Hands-on experience with IFS products and modules in both on-prem and cloud deployments 
  • Demonstrated experience applying one or more of the following in mid-market or enterprise scale organizations: 
    • Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. 
    • Modern software operating frameworks such as DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE. 
    • Modern service management concepts for IT and enterprise services (ITSM/ESM). 
  • Certifications and accreditations in Atlassian, IFS, SAFe, ITIL, and PMP. 
  • Proficiency in project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, and risk management. 
  • Ability to manipulate and transform data using scripting tools or business tools like Excel.

Location  
This role is a hybrid role for individuals residing in the United States, however we strongly prefer individuals living in or near Sacramento, CA; Detroit, MI; Portland, OR; Austin, TX; and St Louis, MO.

The posted salary range for this position is $136,000 - $165,000.
