- Map, design, and continuously improve core business processes across:
- Delivery operations (Product Management, project setup, staffing, tracking, risk/issue management, marketing).
- Revenue operations (handoffs between Sales, Delivery, and Finance).
- Internal service management (IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, Operations support).
- Own the operational use of core systems (in partnership with system owners):
- Jira and Jira Service Management (internal and client facing workflows).
- Confluence (documentation and knowledge management).

- HR/people systems and time tracking (e.g., Gusto, timesheets).
- Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, failure modes, and waste; run targeted improvements and experiments.
- Define key operational dashboards (utilization, project health, pipeline delivery conversion, backlog, SLA compliance) and ensure they are regularly reviewed and acted upon.
- Partner with security and compliance leaders (e.g., CISO) to align operations with regulatory and client requirements, especially in Public Sector and regulated industries.
About You
- Extensive experience in operations, consulting operations, professional services operations, or similar roles in a technology or services business, ideally working with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, documenting, and driving adoption of operational processes in a high-growth environment.
- Strong familiarity with work management and collaboration tools; hands-on experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, JSM) is ideal.
- Comfortable with financial concepts (margin, utilization, rate cards, revenue forecasting) and turning them into operational levers to ensure the business remains lean and effective.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
- Excellent cross functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to Public Sector, Defense, Maritime, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is ideal.
- Experience standing up or maturing internal service management (IT/HR/Operations) using JSM or similar tools is preferred.
