About the Role
Boyt is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer who is responsible for developing, producing, managing, and optimizing digital content across all channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, this position ensures cohesive storytelling, brand consistency, and measurable growth across all digital platforms. This role will have extensive creative freedom.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality imagery and video content supporting website content, email promotions, social media, promotional flyers, industry media requests, product packaging, print ads, and special marketing projects.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts and campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns.
- Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies for campaigns.
- Plan and manage giveaways, promotions, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Partner on collaboration projects with outdoor brands, ambassadors, and influencers.
- Coordinate and prepare product samples, props, models, and set styling for photoshoots.
- Lead in-house production of lifestyle and studio shoots.
- Identify when projects require external professional photographers, videographers, or editors, and assist in vendor coordination.
- Edit all product photography and video assets for digital and print use.
- Oversee digital file organization and storage systems (e.g., Dropbox).
About You
- Experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Strong photography and videography skills (studio and lifestyle).
- Creative vision and storytelling ability with strong skills in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the year when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, or consumer product industries with a passion for outdoor recreation is preferred.
