About the Position

E7 Solutions (E7) is growing fast and we’re seeking a Sales Leader to help take us to the next level. This role is pivotal in successfully evolving and leading our Account Management team and developing/maintaining a smooth-running sales engine.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing sales team, offering guidance, coaching and strategic support.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships by understanding their unique needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and efficient lead management
  •  Drive revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and venturing into new markets.
  • Develop sales processes and procedures to enable scalable and repeatable revenue growth
  • Optimize the incentives/commission structure
  • Work closely with the Client Success and Solutions Engineering teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
