Are you a relationship builder who thrives working across borders and helps teams strengthen the software and workflows they rely on every day?  If so, read on!

About Us

If it’s high-stakes, high-security, or highly complex—Oxalis is built for it. We’re a consulting and technology partner for the organizations that keep the world running: life sciences, shipyards, government agencies, health systems, aerospace programs, and manufacturers with missions too critical to fail. We serve the people behind the mission— those building, healing, defending, and delivering where it matters most. As a Platinum Solution Partner for Atlassian and a trusted systems integrator for IFS, we specialize in secure cloud transformation, IT service management, ERP modernization, and operational strategy—especially for organizations navigating compliance-heavy environments and complex change. Oxalis values thoughtful communication, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

About You
As a Business Development Representative at Oxalis, you’ll help grow our customer base across complex, highly regulated industries. You bring experience in outbound sales, strong curiosity, and the ability to clearly communicate value. You’ll open conversations, build pipelines, and influence how prospects understand Oxalis’ consulting-led approach.

You’ll represent our full portfolio—Atlassian-focused consulting, IFS ERP solutions, and proprietary platforms like OAE (secure estimation for complex bids) and OSRS (ship repair workflow modernization). You quickly ascertain technical and business problems and connect them to the right solution paths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects through outbound outreach and timely follow-up on inbound leads.
  • Execute targeted outreach to engage decision-makers at enterprise accounts, especially long-cycle and high-value opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Oxalis’ offerings—Atlassian consulting, IFS ERP, OAE, and OSRS—and communicate their value early in the sales cycle.
  • Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and shape account engagement strategies.
  • Leverage HubSpot and ZoomInfo to support prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Partner with Account Executives on pipeline development and smooth discovery call handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and next-step planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and provide feedback on messaging and targeting.
  • Represent Oxalis at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings as needed to support pipeline generation.
  • Work closely with the consulting team to share customer challenges and insights from your outreach, helping to inform and iterate on solution design.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Outbound B2B software sales experience, ideally in enterprise or complex solution environments.
  • Exposure to or collaboration with software consulting teams or delivery organizations.
  • Experience leveraging HubSpot and ZoomInfo to support prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a consultative, customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing priorities in a remote-first environment.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, government, or utilities.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools or ERP systems like IFS.
  • Prior success in outbound-heavy BDR roles targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Experience developing outbound campaigns for enterprise accounts with complex buying committees.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery models, ITSM, or DevOps practices.
  • Passion for helping teams adopt modern software systems to solve operational challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a high-performance team.

Work Location
  • This is a hybrid role (2–3 days onsite per week) designed for collaborative, in-person work.
  • Candidates must be based near Guadalajara, MX, and able to travel to the office regularly.
