InVerve utilizes EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Teamwork project management software. We are a longstanding Certified HubSpot Partner. Our shop is equipped with MAC and PC computers and uses the Adobe Creative Suite.
About the Opportunity
InVerve Marketing is growing and seeking a Marketing Account Executive to join our team. This exceptional, results-oriented marketing leader will be an addition to our current sales efforts. The Marketing Account Executive at InVerve Marketing will take the lead in developing and executing successful, long-term business development strategies. Once closed, new clients will be managed by the Marketing Account Executive for the duration of the contract in tandem with a project team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify RFP opportunities in online platforms
- Build and maintain a library of proposal assets
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) with professional writing skills
- Write project agreements and briefs
- Deliver effective presentations
- Lead major strategy sessions and attend performance meetings
- Collaborate with the internal team to determine budgets and pricing for proposals
- Collaborate with the team on change orders for existing business
- Follow process documents to ensure quality control
- Maintain communication between clients and staff to ensure client satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal staff to communicate client goals, creative and/or project briefs, and deliverables sold and secure the necessary information for them to complete project work
- Update the Teamwork platform as account information needs disseminating
- Update the CRM regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts, contacts, sales emails, and communication with new and existing prospective clients
- Review and edit deliverables for accuracy and effectiveness
- Maintain and drive your own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and maintain state-mandated auto insurance
- Negotiate and close business
- Contract management
- Understand and use HubSpot Sales software daily to stay abreast of capability, features, and updates
About You:
- Proficient in proposal and presentation writing
- Proficient in selling websites, marketing, and graphic design projects
- Experience in relevant marketing, consulting, or business strategy roles
- Excellent leadership skills and an ability to inspire direct and cross-functional teams to produce quality work on time and within budget
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification preferred
- Proven ability to learn software (examples: Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Proactive and relentless
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to self-manage project deadlines and dependencies
- Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree
