About Us

If it’s high-stakes, high-security, or highly complex—Oxalis is built for it. We’re a consulting and technology partner for the organizations that keep the world running: life sciences, shipyards, government agencies, health systems, aerospace programs, and manufacturers with missions too critical to fail. We serve the people behind the mission—those building, healing, defending, and delivering where it matters most. As a Platinum Solution Partner for Atlassian and a trusted systems integrator for IFS, we specialize in secure cloud transformation, IT service management, ERP modernization, and Operational strategy. We focus especially on organizations navigating compliance-heavy environments and complex change.

About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Oxalis, you will play a key role in empowering organizations to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and harness the power of technology. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for solving business challenges with technology.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, design tailored solutions, and implement best practices that drive measurable business value. Your ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence will be instrumental in building trust, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.

With a strong foundation in the Atlassian platform and a deep understanding of ITSM, Agile, DevSecOps, and Enterprise Service Management, you will help organizations modernize their systems, optimize processes, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consulting: Advise customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, identifying pain points, crafting future-state processes, and aligning solutions to business goals.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into customers’ existing environments, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement & Analysis: Assess business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Customer Success & Impact: Drive measurable business outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver value beyond implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with executive leaders, technical teams, and end users, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Training & Change Management: Lead training sessions, develop user adoption strategies, and ensure seamless transitions for new tools and processes.
  • Project Execution & Support: Engage in the full solution lifecycle—from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for additional services, expanding the impact of Oxalis’ solutions.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, business analysis, or solution architecture.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel occasionally for company and client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Align, Bitbucket, Trello, Compass).
  • One or more Atlassian Certified Professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM) and certifications from Scrum Alliance, SAFe, or ITIL.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communications (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and automation, using tools such as Excel or scripting languages.
  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, diverse teams and foster strong client relationships.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
