About Us

If it’s high-stakes, high-security, or highly complex—Oxalis is built for it. We’re a consulting and technology partner for the organizations that keep the world running: life sciences, shipyards, government agencies, health systems, aerospace programs, and manufacturers with missions too critical to fail. We serve the people behind the mission—those building, healing, defending, and delivering where it matters most. As a Platinum Solution Partner for Atlassian and a trusted systems integrator for IFS, we specialize in secure cloud transformation, IT service management, ERP modernization, and operational strategy—especially for organizations navigating compliance-heavy environments and complex change. Oxalis values thoughtful communication, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, IFS Specialist at Oxalis, you will guide customers through the design, configuration, and implementation of IFS Cloud and legacy IFS ERP solutions. This is an opportunity for a seasoned, adaptable consultant who enjoys shaping solutions, influencing direction, and helping define Oxalisʼ IFS practice technically, commercially, and culturally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a functional lead or senior functional consultant on IFS Cloud implementations, guiding customers from discovery through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes and map requirements to standard IFS capabilities, minimizing customization while maximizing value.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews with business stakeholders and SME's.
  • Partner with sales and account teams during pre-sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution shaping, demos, estimates, and proposal contributions.
  • Contribute to building repeatable offerings, accelerators, and messaging for the IFS practice.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end users.
  • Communicate complex functional and technical concepts clearly and pragmatically.

About You

  • Several years of experience in ERP consulting, systems integration, or enterprise application support, with a strong focus on IFS Applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring modules across:
    • Manufacturing, including Shop Floor, Material Planning, and Quality.
    • Supply Chain Management.
    • Project Management, including Resource Management and Risk Management.
    • Finance Management, including Asset Management (EAM).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise processes in one or more of Oxalis’ core industries including maritime, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense.
  • Proven experience as a regular user of generative AI tools (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or comparable platforms) and a positive belief in their ability to augment human capability and meaningfully improve how work is performed.
  • Ability to design and implement tailored ERP solutions that integrate with customer-specific processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a strong customer-facing presence.
  • Bachelorʼs degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with multiple end-to-end IFS implementations as an IFS Practitioner Consultant is preferred.
  • Experience integrating IFS with platforms such as Atlassian, Salesforce, SharePoint, or external asset and inventory systems is preferred.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
